There are many release of jar file ... ... but new release does not work properly ... instruction for Server.xms and Applicaiton.xml is only for old version 3.08xxx ( where is new instruction? I checked source code of Java ... it totaly different build .... )

With 3.08.11 jar on wowza server, Kaltura CE throw error: not found server name ... when registering MediaServer. Why no server found when register. Is there any way to register MediaServer manually? testme console does not work, saying forbidden operation.
I thought broadcast.ini and media_server.ini is important. . but no good result.
